Justin is a Director responsible for NLP development planning and policy formulation advice in the North of England. Now based in the Leeds office after 7 years in the Manchester office and 16 in London, Justin leads the business in major infrastructure projects and has extensive experience in urban regeneration, housing, industrial and leisure developments.
