Michael is the Manchester office leader. He is a planner with a wide range of experience in housing, heritage and environmental assessment and has given evidence relating to planning matters at over 50 public inquiries. Michael’s project work has occurred throughout the UK, but mostly relates to developments in the Midlands, Yorkshire and North West of England.
