Training and Career Development
NLP has RTPI Learning Partner status recognising our commitment to training and development at all levels. We offer mentoring to support all graduates to successfully complete their RTPI and RICS (Planning and Development) APC as quickly as possible. Following APC, our active Training Plan and MENTOR initiatives provide structured career development support for all our people throughout their career at NLP.
