On behalf of Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC, NLP has submitted plans to enhance the Victoria Centre, Nottingham.

The exciting proposals will increase the current scheme of 91,000sq.m to 140,000sq.m. It will provide a landmark department store, 39 retail units and an enhanced food, drink and leisure offer including a health club and 10 screen cinema. More than 2,000 permanent jobs will be created in the city, with an additional 500 constructions jobs per year to build it.

A modern bus station, replacement car parking, improved pedestrian access and public realm are also proposed. The Clock Tower entrance will also be revamped. Visit www.futurevictoriacentre.com for more details.
