Over the last few weeks the NLP Cardiff office has taken part in the Cardiff Cycle Challenge.
The Challenge saw organisations across Cardiff compete to see who could get the most members of staff to ride bikes for at least 10 minutes. The aim was to hop on a bike, have some fun and win prizes.
The NLP Cardiff office obtained a 90% participation rate and were delighted to find out that they had won their company category!
The Office enjoyed taking up the challenge of getting back on their bike and it was even said that Gareth Williams, Office Leader, was seen dusting off his antique penny-farthing to participate!
It was great to see so many members of the Office pull together to participate in this great challenge. I just hope that our NLP participants keep up their new cycling habit through the Welsh Winter.
