The H10 Waterloo Road in the London Borough of Southwark has won a Royal Institute of British Architects Award, an annual competition to select the best architecture in the United Kingdom.
NLP acted as planning consultant for the scheme from conception to delivery on site. Permission for commercial and residential use was originally granted on appeal. Within the same broad envelope and conceptual design NLP went on to negotiate a change of use and material alterations to suit the specific requirements of H10 hotels.
The hotel was designed by Maccreanor Lavington Architects. The project team is delighted with the recognition given by RIBA.
