NLP has been appointed to undertake a detailed review of the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority's housing strategy, in anticipation of the Local Development Plan (LDP) Examination, which is scheduled to commence in early 2012. Through an application of its HEaDROOM framework, NLP will assess the Authority's housing requirement and will consider how this might be achieved within an area that is subject to significant delivery constraints. As part of the work, NLP will make recommendations on possible revisions to the Authority's Housing Topic Paper. NLP may also be required to represent the Authority at the forthcoming Examination.
