NLP has secured planning permission for a residential development of 224 dwellings at Wood Lane Farm, Penyffordd, Flintshire on behalf of Taylor Wimpey UK Ltd. The proposals were the subject of extensive discussions with the local community, particularly in providing open space and recreation provision both on site and within the adjoining village.
this was a hard earned planning permission and involved extensive discussions with the local authority and key consultees. The outcome is an excellent example of how a scheme can evolve to meet the needs of the local community whilst providing a high quality residential development.
