Philip Barnes, recently provided views to The Journal newspaper on the need for a dramatic increase in housing output in the north-east (see attached). Build rates dropped dramatically in 2009 and 2010 but there are now real signs of an upturn.
The office has 43 planning applications in the pipeline which should see delivery of 15,000 homes in the region.
over the last 2 years NLP has developed a range of market facing products to help developers including our Headroom and Evaluate Models. It is great to see so many clients now applying the models as the market starts to recover.
