NLP Success: Departments to Apartments

January 25, 2012

The City of London Corporation has approved the change of use of the vacant Red Lion Court office building to residential use in the Temple District of the City of London.

NLP prepared and submitted the planning application and successfully argued that the change of use would not preclude the ability of the City to meet future office needs nor inhibit the long term potential of the site for large offices. NLP demonstrated that there would be no amenity impacts on local residents and that this location was not one suitable for the provision of affordable housing.
