On behalf of Capital Shopping Centres PLC, NLP has secured planning permission for a major extension of The Potteries Shopping Centre in Stoke on Trent City Centre.
The £14m development will deliver a new 8 screen cinema, 6 family orientated restaurants and considerable public realm improvements. It will also create up to 140 new jobs.
This is excellent news for Stoke on Trent City Centre. It will deliver a long awaited leisure offer for the City and will kick start regeneration.
Following a thorough process of pre-application consultation and discussions with officers and key stakeholders, the planning permission was secured within 13 weeks of submission.
