NLP prepared a Housing Viability study for Allerdale Borough Council. Using NLP’s strategic viability modelling tool, the assessment focused upon establishing the viability of different sites in different housing market areas across the Borough, leading to the production of an affordable housing policy. The study also used the viability outputs to inform assessment of deliverability and developability of Allerdale’s Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA).
Following on from this study, NLP was appointed to undertake a similar piece of work for the neighbouring authority of Copeland.
