NLP secured planning permission for an extension to the East Midlands Centre for Forensic Mental Healthcare. As Arnold Lodge is situated in a predominantly residential area, NLP assisted in the co-ordination of public exhibitions and successfully demonstrated the proposal would be compatible with the surrounding area in design and amenity terms. The submission confirmed renewable energy targets could be met whilst remaining economically viable to the Trust.
