Conservation Management Plan
The Grade I listed tower is the last surviving steel observation tower, directly influenced by the Eiffel Tower. NLP prepared a Conservation Management Plan which will guide restoration works to the building.
New Developments
We secured planning permission and listed building consent for the ‘Dungeon’ and ‘Tower Top Experience’ attractions at the tower complex.
