Since the 1980’s, NLP has advised on development proposals at Chessington World of Adventures, a 52ha major development site within the Green Belt.
We have obtained planning permission for a series of developments which have secured the future role of the site as a family theme park. These include a 150 bedroom hotel, SEALIFE Centre and ‘Wild Asia’ themed area.
NLP continues to provide ongoing advice to the Park’s owner, Merlin Entertainment Group, on emerging planning policy and other planning issues
