NLP obtained planning permission for the provision of a privately operated treatment centre on the Cobalt Business Park in North Tyneside which is operated by Ramsay Healthcare. The centre specialises in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of conditions on a day care basis, providing general and orthopedics surgery and endoscopy treatment. NLP justified the need for the facility and demonstrated the appropriateness and sustainability of the selected location.
