NLP has provided planning advice to De Vere Hotels on their hotel development programme since the late 1990’s and has assisted in the growth of their ‘Village’ hotel brand.
New Developments
We have secured planning permission for new hotels, and extensions to existing facilities, across the UK. This includes securing planning permission and listed building consent for the refurbishment and extension of the iconic Grand Hotel in Brighton and securing planning permission for a number of Village hotels in Bournemouth, Maidstone, Leeds, Hull and Newcastle to name but a few. Our role has included preparing impact and sequential site assessments to accompany planning application submissions.
Strategic Advice
NLP also provide advice to De Vere on hotel estate masterplans and strategies for future developments, including preparing Market Competitor Analysis Reports to inform acquisition decisions.
