NLP prepared a Daylight, Sunlight and Overshadowing Assessment to accompany an application for planning permission for the development of an Energy from Waste Combined Heat and Power facility (EfWCH) at North Yard, Devonport Dockyard. The assessment demonstrated that the effect of the development on surrounding residential properties, neighbouring areas of open space and woodland, including a number of tidal streams feeding into Weston Mill Lake, was in compliance with the Buiding Research Establishment's Guidance on Daylight and Sunlight.
