NLP assessed an application for a Strategic Rail Freight Interchange on behalf of Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council.
The proposed development at Rossington in South Yorkshire comprised an intermodal rail freight terminal and associated warehousing and recycling units. NLP advised the Council on the viability and deliverability of the development and it’s conformity with both planning and rail freight policy.
NLP has also advised the Council on the preparation of Local Development Framework policies relating to the provision of Strategic Rail Freight Interchange development within the Borough.
