NLP led the preparation, submission and negotiation of a planning application for an additional 350 bed spaces at Edinburgh Airport contributing to meeting current hotel bed space under-provision.
Importantly, recognising the site’s location at a key gateway to Edinburgh, NLP coordinated a limited design competition and also handled the pre-application consultation.
