NLP played a major role in the promotion and delivery of this project, an award winning ecohomes excellent, housing development at Glasdir, North Wales.
NLP took the lead role in obtaining planning permission for the development, which involved community consultation, the preparation of a Masterplan and supporting Planning & Design Statements and Design Codes for the 300 dwelling scheme.
NLP’s involvement also extended to providing subsequent urban design advice on submitted schemes.
