NLP has advised Gloucestershire Airport on its development strategy since 1997 and before that advised developers on a major business scheme at the airport.
NLP prepared a development framework for the airport to identify unconstrained land with development potential and, to improve air safety, secured planning permission for a Runway End Safety Area, new access road and relocation of buildings causing air safety hazards. NLP also supported growth at the airport by establishing its Part 18 permitted development rights and advising on erecting hangars and other facilities using these rights, and helped to secure the diversion of a footpath adjoining the airport.
