NLP was appointed by Horsham District Council to assess infrastructure needs in the district.
Using NLP’s GIS capabilities, existing infrastructure in the area was mapped, enabling current shortfalls and deficiencies to be identified.
NLP then considered the need for further infrastructure to support the Council’s growth aspirations and advised on potential challenges in delivery.
Horsham District Council commented that:
