Acting on behalf of a major volume house builder, NLP prepared an investment prospectus to attract overseas investors to a major new regeneration project in London.
The investment prospectus provided evidence on the underlying economic strengths of the location, the picture of housing supply and demand across London and in the Borough in question, and the prospects for securing investment returns.
The investment prospectus was produced in the form of a graphics-led slide deck, illustrated with appropriate charts and mapping.
