The 23ha Kirkstall Forge site was heavily contaminated from over a century of industrial uses. CEG proposed over 1,000 homes, approx 30,000 sq m of office, retail and leisure floorspace and a new railway station.
NLP’s role included leading an extensive community consultation programme. We also co-ordinated the Environmental Statement which accompanied the application.
NLP is also assisting CEG with the preparation of reserved matters submissions to enable the scheme to be constructed.
