The masterplan for Northbridge provides for some 1100 dwellings with supporting commercial and community uses, open space and infrastructure.
The masterplan and supporting design strategy was developed closely with the Council to deliver a high quality development that would both address the sensitive countryside edge location of the site while ensuring integration with the town.
