NLP provided planning advice to British Land Company Plc, obtaining outline planning permission for a retail-led mixed use development in Orpington.
The development included over 18,000 sq m of retail floorspace and 70 affordable housing units. Our role included promoting the allocation of the site through the development plan process before obtaining outline planning permission for the development.
NLP has subsequently submitted a number of planning applications for further development at the park in order to broaden the range of goods which can be sold and enable the installation of mezzanine floorspace.
