On behalf of Gallagher Estates, NLP obtained outline planning permission for a major mixed use town centre extension on a former shipyard site in Port Glasgow. We subsequently obtained over 40 planning and reserved matters approvals.
The development comprises a Tesco Extra superstore, non-food retail warehousing, hotel, public house, housing, food and drink uses and a new civic square.
To integrate the development with the town centre, NLP obtained planning permission and road orders to realign a 1km length of trunk road.
