NLP secured planning permission for a major mixed use redevelopment of industrial buildings at Ransomes Wharf in Wandsworth, alongside the River Thames.
The approved development replaces outdated and underused industrial buildings with 158 new homes and commercial floorspace including restaurants, offices and artists studios. A public plaza will also be created around the dockyard linking to the River Thames Walkway.
Our work included extensive consultation with local residents and stakeholders including the local planning authority, the Greater London Assembly, the Environment Agency, and Transport for London and other stakeholders.
