NLP advised Surrey County Council on the relocation of their headquarters.
On behalf of the Council’s preferred developer, Laing, NLP assessed a range of potential sites across the county taking account of planning and environmental constraints, site deliverability and accessibility.
This enabled a preferred site in Woking to be selected, and NLP subsequently co-ordinated the planning application and accompanying Environmental Impact Assessment relating to the new building.
