NLP is advising St Paul's School on the redevelopment of their 18 hectare campus in Barnes, West London. We worked closely with the architects, Patel Taylor, to develop a materplan and parameter plans for the phased replacement/ extension of the existing buildings to create new teaching space, theatre, sports and music facilities. The masterplan and parameter plans reflect the sensitive nature of the site, which is affected by Conservation Area and Metropolitan Open Land designations and is close to the Grade II Listed Hammersmith Bridge.
We have successfully co-ordinated the submission and approval of a hybrid planning application, with accompanying Environmental Statement, and a reserved matters application for the first phase of development. NLP has been retained to manage the discharge of planning conditions and deal with amendments to the approved scheme.
