NLP obtained planning permission for a hotel set with the grounds of the Grade I listed Syon House and Capability Brown Gardens in Greater London.
As part of the planning application, NLP co-ordinated the preparation of an Environmental Impact Assessment, which included a cultural heritage chapter. This demonstrated that the 152 bedroom hotel development with conference and spa facilities would enable the restoration of the listed Syon House and Park.
Alongside Kim Wilkie, we also produced a Landscape Conservation Plan which assessed the significance of the Capability Brown landscape and set out a plan for enhancement of the site.
