The Frythe, a major developed site, lies on the south western edge of Welwyn and occupies an attractive rural setting surrounded by extensive woodland and plantations.
NLP was appointed to prepare a Masterplan and Development Brief to inform the future development of this sensitive location, setting out a broad design framework including a robust landscape strategy that protected existing trees, increases winter screening and maintained a landscape dominated approach to The Frythe.
