The Pantiles, Royal Tunbridge Wells

NLP secured planning permission and listed building consent to accommodate a Jack Wills store in a Grade II listed building at the Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells.

We prepared a Heritage Impact Assessment which addressed the requirements of national planning policy set out in PPS5 and assessed the impact of the development on the listed building.

This work drew upon the Pantiles’ Rejuvenation Strategy prepared by NLP in 2008, which identified the need to attract high-end retailers to the area to stimulate regeneration.
