NLP prepared a series of daylight and sunlight assessments in support of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets’ New Build Council Homes programme. Assessments were prepared on behalf of Tower Hamlets for five residential infill developments at the Approach Estate, Greenways Estate and Wapping Estate.
We worked closely with the project architects to ensure that the developments did not result any noticeable reduction in the natural light levels received by neighbouring properties and to maximise daylight and sunlight levels within the proposed development.
