On behalf of University College London, NLP secured planning permission for a new state of the art Cancer Institute research building.
The development is located within a sensitive heritage context, adjacent to a Grade II listed building and within the Bloomsbury Conservation Area.
NLP prepared a Heritage Assessment which justified the demolition of the existing building on the site and internal alterations to the adjacent listed building.
The £35 million Cancer Institute opened in September 2007.
