Working on behalf of Coastal Housing Group, NLP obtained planning permission for a scheme incorporating up to 90 affordable homes as well as a creative cluster, retail and food and drink units and office space.
A Flexible Permission
NLP worked closely with City and County of Swansea in order to agree planning conditions which allow for flexibility of use in order to respond to changing market requirements.

In association with the application, NLP prepared a Townscape and Visual Impact Assessment and undertook an analysis of the social and economic benefits of the proposal.
