NLP, on behalf of Lend Lease, obtained planning permission for the partial redevelopment of two existing school sites within the London Borough of Wandsworth.
NLP’s role included providing advice to the client and the design team as the scheme evolved and preparing and managing the planning application process.
Many of the sites had particular sensitivities, for example, one site was located partly within, and the other adjoined, areas of designated Metropolitan Open Land, another, Burntwood School, adjoined a Conservation Area and contained a Grade II Listed ice house within its grounds.
