NLP provided evidence to an inquiry into the compulsory purchase of land in Northumberland for new electricity infrastructure.
At Wandylaw, NLP appeared on behalf of Northern Electric at a Department for Trade & Industry inquiry into the compulsory purchase of land to accommodate a primary substation, following the refusal of the landowner to sell the land. NLP’s evidence related to the planning status of the site and the alternative sites which had been considered for the development.
