NLP has provided planning advice in relation to Warwick Castle since the 1980s and has co-ordinated planning applications for developments at this sensitive site.
The Grade I listed Warwick Castle is a major tourist attraction. NLP has assisted in enhancing its offer by obtaining planning permission for new exhibitions and attractions within the castle and its grounds.
Our role has also included proving advice in relation to the impact of other developments on the Castle, from commercial proposals such as a golf course and hotel development at nearby Castle Park to proposals to open the River Avon for navigation.
NLP also advises Merlin Entertainments Group on other major tourist attractions in the UK including LEGOLAND Windsor, Chessington World of Adventures, THORPE PARK, The Blackpool Tower, Madame Tussauds, London and London Eye.
