NLP assisted Bee Bee Developments in the promotion of a major expansion to the north of Wellingborough.
The town lies within the Milton Keynes and South Midlands growth area and the Regional Strategy and a masterplan was prepared to demonstrate the capacity for Wellingborough to accommodate growth along the northern fringe.
