De Vere and the Gallan Group are holding a public exhibition to view proposals for a hotel and leisure club at the RICOH Arena.
Members of the project team will be on hand to discuss the proposals with you and answer any questions you may have.

Location
The hotel will occupy an area of the existing car park adjacent to the RICOH Arena.
Proposal
The RICOH Arena Village will comprise 128 bedrooms, a pub, restaurant and café, conference and meeting facilities, a leisure club with 20m heated indoor pool, sauna, steamroom, full gym and aerobics studio. The building has
been designed to respect the relationship with the surrounding residential area.
The proposed building is lower in height and density than applications that have previously been submitted by other hotel
operators on this site. The proposal incorporates approximately 200 car parking spaces with a separate designated route for
entrance / drop-off and a covered walkway.
Employment
The Hotel will bring a variety of jobs across a range of sectors (approximately 250 full time equivalents) to the
area, benefitting the local economy.
