At NLP, our Environmental Assessment service aims to simplify an increasingly complex legislative framework for our clients.

We have a proven track record in co-ordinating and managing the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for a wide range of schemes. We guide our clients through the  process of screening, scoping, consultation and production of Environmental Statements and also offer specialist inputs  to address various elements in the assessment process, while working collaboratively with others as part of a wider EIA team. 

Services to Planning Authorities

We help local authorities to review Environmental Statements and prepare Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEAs) of policy documents. Utilising our planning experience we add value in drafting planning conditions, legal obligations and policy changes to ensure mitigation is delivered on the ground.
